They will partner with their cross-functional team to run research to unearth insights that will inform product & marketing decisions, support experimentation to reach product-market fit, and run marketing tactics to drive scalable growth.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at highly strategic and tactical levels, context switching effectively and navigating a high degree of ambiguity. They will be deeply grounded in audience insights through partnership with research, analytics, and by driving original research to define the needs of the enterprise merchant audience. They will have a track record of leveraging insights to build consensus with large cross-functional teams and of building trusted relationships with senior product leaders. They should be comfortable working closely with customer-facing teams (sales, account management) in addition to leading scaled marketing efforts.
