You'll tackle strategic challenges such as scaling high-volume hiring, ensuring our process delivers high quality  hires, and creating a seamless recruiting experience across multiple regions.

During your first 60 days, you’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current operations, identifying integration opportunities and areas for improvement. By developing data-driven, scalable solutions, you’ll empower our teams to hire smarter, faster, and more effectively as we expand our reach internationally.

You will report to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations within our Talent and Culture organization.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent, DEI, Compensation, Finance, and other leaders to align global recruiting capacity with business growth and ensure a cohesive strategy across all brands and locations.
  • Contribute to developing a robust, global recruiting capacity model that supports long-term growth, scalability, and agility in hiring, positioning our organization to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving global market.

We’re Excited About You Because…

  • You have over 8 years of experience leading recruiting operations or strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment, ideally within the tech industry or similar fields.
  • You have a proven track record of enhancing recruiting efficiency, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and optimizing high-volume hiring processes across multiple geographies.
  • You possess extensive expertise in leveraging recruiting technologies, data analytics, and automation tools to scale and streamline global recruitment efforts.
  • You have strong leadership and change management skills, and you have a history of guiding recruiting operations teams through integration and periods of global growth and transformation.
  • You are a data-driven decision-maker who understands critical recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to drive performance improvements, particularly regarding time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, across a global recruiting landscape.
