By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. To further this mission, we’re looking for a marketer who will sit at the intersection of growth, creative and operations, to develop integrated marketing strategies for our DashPass members at DoorDash.

The DashPass marketing team is focused on growing and retaining members by offering them a high value subscription that offers outsized value and access to the best of what DoorDash has to offer.

About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and collaborative Associate Integrated Marketing Manager on the DashPass Growth team who will be responsible for developing consumer-first strategies to grow the paid subscriber base on DashPass. In this role, you will focus on reaching new customers, identifying ways to convert them to a DashPass membership and ultimately becoming a paid subscriber.

You should be able to think like a GM, leading big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, and leveraging insights across performance marketing, analytics, BizOps, and creative to drive results. Success in this fast-paced environment requires a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset with a “bias for action”.

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the creation and execution of end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between performance marketing, CRM, Strategy & Operations, Product, Analytics & Creative Studio to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.
  • Create process where process doesn’t exist across key DashPass growth & partnership initiatives to streamline operations and foster a productive team culture
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align with DashPass business goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Project Management: Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are executed on time and within scope.
  • Consumer Insights: Leverage and commission market research, and consumer insights to inform campaign strategies and optimize performance.
  • Identify gaps in consumer insights and create testing plans in partnership with Marketing Insights and Research teams
  • Create positioning and messaging frameworks for our lifecycle audiences, and establish testing plans that optimize DashPass value props to drive the highest conversion rate
  • Creative Direction: Partner with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling content and messaging tailored to various channels and customer segments.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Establish KPIs, track campaign performance, and use insights to refine and improve future efforts.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management, or a related field, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute impactful cross-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive results.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and articulating clear strategies to senior leaders.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a talent for creative problem-solving and resourcefulness.
  • Passion for DoorDash’s mission and the ability to energize and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
