About the Team

The DoorDash Partner Integrations team is dedicated to building, growing and improving the integrations that power our business to ensure that we provide a best-in-class experience for both our partners and our mutual merchants. As DoorDash expands the scale and breadth of integrated offerings, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team and help us launch and scale exciting new bets for our white label restaurants business.

About the Role

DoorDash is looking for an Associate Manager to help build integrations with our first party platform. We are seeking someone to join our team who can help design solutions for diverse integration types, explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders, and assist our product team in identifying areas of opportunity as we launch and scale new integrated offerings. You will work cross-functionally with our Manager of Launch + Product Operations and serve as a member of our broader Restaurant Platform organization. This role will lead the discovery, design and rollout of new integrations and key product features/releases, and manage our technical relationship with key external partners.

  • Partner with product, engineering, and growth operations to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis and merchant insights
  • You’ll help define the integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience leading integrations, with experience translating technical concepts to business solutions and building/implementing integrations, within roles such as but not limited to: startup/restaurant tech/software/systems strategy & operations, solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical program management
  • Hardware experience is a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated technical experience with APIs and webhooks
  • Proven track record of leading high-visibility initiatives, working both cross-functionally and externally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment
  • Hands-on working SQL experience to analyze complex problems and troubleshoot issues independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.  Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
