About the Team
The GTM Technology team delivers reliable data, intelligent workflows & tools, and stellar learning content to our B2B Go-To-Market teams at DoorDash. We are developing technology, skills, and insights to support business growth while ensuring maximum productivity. We are looking for leaders who can help enable the business strategy and keep DoorDash moving at pace and scale.
About the Role
As a Data Product Owner, you will create consistency in vision for data usage across our portfolio of tools and deliver meaningful growth through provided data insights. You will work with other Product Owners, Sales, Strategy, and Engineering teams to deliver high quality requirements, fast turnaround POCs, and scalable long-term solutions to your customers and partners. You will improve the full lifecycle from insights for our Go-To-Market teams. All while handling high-volume, high velocity, and higher variability across our data stack.
You will report into the Head of Data Operations and Governance on our GTM Technology team in the Product organization. This role is hybrid (with some time in-office and some time remote).

- Guide Go-To-Market Platform teams on the right way to leverage data as an asset.
- Partner directly with our Scaled Sales team to systematize ad-hoc processes into fast efficient sales experiences.
- Curate our extensive data models into a unified cohesive view of Merchants and Sales Reps driving consistency and alignment.
- Be hands on in developing a sales tooling used world wide that understands the differences in locations and customs.
- Enjoy moving things forward in a fast paced environment that embraces change.
We’re excited about you because…
- You have 5+ years of experience as a product manager or related technical/strategy roles, including experience across multiple technical stacks.
- You have a BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or an additional 4 years of work experience in IT, applications, or systems
- You’re an expert in diving into the details, understanding how both human processes and digital systems work and the complex interactions that arise between them.
- You know how to connect the dots to optimize and improve processes while designing for scale (i.e. automation)
- You are well versed in SQL and have experience designing data models
- You have strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Haves
- You have experience working on Business Applications and Business Systems
- You have experience working within Salesforce, Anaplan, Snowflake, Databricks, and 1st party tools
- You have experience with python or other programming language

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
