We are building an entrepreneurial, customer-obsessed, and fast moving team to create the right products and services for the future of work.

About the Role

As the Director / Senior Director, Enterprise Sales and Partnerships for DDFB you will lead a team of SDRs, Mid Market enterprise AEs, and Strategic Enterprise account executives to build partnerships anchored in tangible value for client companies and DoorDash. In this role, you will create strong, lasting relationships with Fortune 500 clients. You will manage the DoorDash for Business sales strategy across a portfolio of accounts, creating new relationships and driving adoption of our growing “For Business” offerings as we expand beyond meal programs to office snacks, supplies, and more. You will work cross-functionally with account management, marketing, analytics, and product, to innovate on our future approach and solutions. You will report into the General Manager of DoorDash for Business.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Build our strategic enterprise account executive team, forging new relationships, defining our enterprise deals playbook, and negotiating creative, first-of-a-kind deals that drive value for clients and DoorDash.
  • Scale our GTM team, evolving our GTM approach to better align team roles to deal types / deal value. You will build out two new GTM teams, our SDR team and our Strategic AE team, while maintaining strong momentum with the existing core sales team.
  • Lead and develop your team to consistently exceed business growth and product/feature adoption goals, grow client value, and drive sustainable revenue for DoorDash
  • Represent the voice of the enterprise client’s needs to influence our DoorDash for Business product roadmap and go to market strategy
  • Develop the overarching sales strategy (including annual and quarterly plans) and commensurate processes to enable future scale of the team and business
  • Establish trusted senior level customer relationships and deliver thought leadership both internally and externally in the Employee Benefits / Procurement spaces
  • Serve as a critical member of the DoorDash for Business leadership team, defining our strategy, accelerating speed and quality of our execution, and modeling DoorDash values as the team and business grow.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You are an experienced enterprise sales leader with a demonstrated track record of high impact consultative selling to Fortune 500 companies
  • You deftly use data and insights to inform strategies, and can effectively move sales motions through a large and growing organization mapped to direct and indirect business priorities
  • You have a firm understanding of how companies work, from P&L ownership to internal decision making. You can adeptly switch between discussing ROI with the CFO and employee engagement with the CHRO.
  • You have strong written/verbal communication and presentations skills, and experience influencing across executive stakeholders both internally and externally
  • You hire and recruit top and diverse talent to drive outsized impact on the business and contribute positively to DoorDash’s culture
  • You have 12+ years experience and an MBA with 8+ years of people management experience, including leading leaders.
