About the Team

DoorDash’s New Verticals organization is accelerating one of our strategic pillars ⁠— DashMart, our first-party grocery and convenience delivery offering. We’re building and scaling new ways to delight our customers, leveraging DoorDash platform capabilities. The Warehousing as a Service team brings the full power of DashMart to customers with new use cases and new lines of business that will operate within our real estate. 

About the Role

As an Associate Manager you will lead the growth of select DashMart Warehouse as a Service (WaaS) initiatives by scoping, launching and managing the performance of a number strategic projects. You will lead a team and partner with a number of cross functional teams to explore new grocery & retail partnerships and win new business, ensure high quality management of all concepts, and build the playbook on how we execute best-in-class customer experiences. 

You will report into the Manager, Warehousing as Service in our New Verticals organization.

  • You have strong cross-functional skills and have experience with projects spanning across multiple teams, including external partners.
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in business, analytics, finance, supply chain management, or a related field and have 3+ years work experience. 
  • You have experience working with financial data and teams and possess strong business acumen.
  • You have experience working directly with on-the-ground leaders to develop and implement solutions.
  • You have a track record of leading and growing high performing teams.
  • You have strong communication skills and can tailor your communications to meet the intended audience. Audiences for this role may include prospective clients, warehouse managers, internal executives, and cross-functional teams.

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.  Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
