About the Team
DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. To further this mission, we’re looking for a marketer to join our Co-Marketing team focused on reaching the DoorDash Advertiser audience.
Our Co-Marketing team partners with DoorDash's most valued Enterprise Advertisers to create integrated marketing programs that acquire new customers and drive sales and awareness for our mutual businesses. Our North Star is to be the most trusted and sought-after co-marketing partner for brands by creating groundbreaking marketing that delivers value to our mutual audiences, drives business impact for our Advertisers, and puts our brands at the center of culture.
About the Role
The Ads Co-Marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to own and grow our co-marketing opportunities with DoorDash's leading Enterprise Restaurant partners.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Restaurant Merchant Partnerships, you'll be the day-to-day owner for a book of Restaurant Advertisers - owning the relationship, strategy, and execution that keeps our partners engaged and growing on DoorDash. You'll work closely with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Creative Studio to ensure we're maximizing value from our partner relationships, with marketing that drives our partners' business forward and serves our shared audiences. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a fast-growing, global consumer brand through the lens of our partnerships.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Own and grow marketing relationships with some of our largest and most high-profile Enterprise Restaurant partners — serving as lead for co-marketing engagements, including annual/quarterly strategic planning, campaign execution, and alignment across internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the strategy and execution of integrated co-marketing campaigns end-to-end — from concept and production through launch, optimization, and reporting — bringing strong operational rigor and organization to keep complex, multi-team campaigns on track, in close partnership with Sales, Creative, Paid Media, Social, and Operations teams
- Apply a data-first mindset to measure, analyze, and continuously optimize campaign performance — delivering clear, actionable readouts (internal and partner-facing) tied to success measures like ads revenue growth, merchant growth, incremental order volume, and advertiser engagement and retention
- Bring the restaurant advertiser's point of view into broader conversations across DoorDash Marketing — helping shape new co-marketing opportunities and supporting the sales team in pitching them to partners when needed
- Manage campaign budgets, including spend tracking, pacing, and accrual preparation, to ensure efficient investment and strong ROI
We’re excited about you because you have…
- 6+ years of B2C marketing at a consumer brand, tech company, media agency, or consultancy, with a mix of performance, retention, and consulting experience; MBA a plus.
- A proven track record of owning marketing programs end-to-end — from goal-setting and strategy through execution, optimization, and performance reporting — with hands-on experience across paid media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) and CRM channels in a client- or partner-facing environment; restaurant industry experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, including market and segment sizing, forecasting, and using data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills — including experience partnering with a sales or sales/marketing organization to drive advertiser outcomes across Marketing, Sales, Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Product, and Creative teams.
- A creative, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable solving ambiguous problems and building solutions in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
We expect this position to be filled by 9/27/26.
