People Business Partners
Our People Business Partners (PBPs) act as strategic advisors, collaborating closely with leadership to align business objectives with people strategies. They help shape a culture of continuous growth and performance by driving organizational effectiveness, strengthening leadership development, ensuring an engaged workforce and maintaining a high talent bar. PBPs play a critical role in driving scale while fostering an environment where employees can excel.
Talent Acquisition
The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to fuel DoorDash’s growth. By building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a world-class hiring experience, we ensure our teams are equipped with the right people to foster innovation and business success. Our strategic approach enables us to drive scale efficiently while maintaining a strong foundation for long-term growth.
Talent Management & Development
Talent Management & Development helps employees grow, develop in their careers, and become strong leaders. We create learning opportunities and development programs that support continuous growth and keep people engaged. As the company scales, we make sure employees have the tools and support they need to develop, thrive, and drive innovation.
People Operations
Our People Operations team ensures seamless, efficient, and scalable HR processes that support employees throughout their journeys at DoorDash. As the backbone of our HR function, we facilitate critical HR transactions and optimize processes to enhance the employee experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle. Through M&A and global expansion, we navigate the complexities of integrating new markets and businesses while ensuring smooth transitions for employees and scalable growth for DoorDash.
Technology & Insights
The Technology and Insights team includes People Technology, People Analytics, People Apps, and Corporate IT. Our focus is on delivering world-class user experiences, driving efficiencies through automation, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI. Through technology, services, and products, we impact every stage of the employee lifecycle—from core people platforms and custom-built solutions to hardware distribution, software management, and IT support.
