Interview Process
Recruiting Screen
This is your first touchpoint to connect with a member from the Recruiting team and share more about your experience, skills, and what excites you about the role. It’s a conversation where we’ll get to know you better and see how your background aligns with what we’re looking for and also answer any questions you might have about the company and the position.
Hiring Manager Screen
In a first conversation with the hiring manager, you will get to dive deeper into the role and discuss how your experience aligns with the team’s needs. You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the team, day-to-day work and how you can contribute to our goals. This is typically held over a Zoom video conference meeting.
Take Home (role dependent)
Some openings will have a take home exercise as part of the process, providing a chance to showcase your skills through a practical assignment that reflects the work you’d be doing in the role. It’s designed to give you the opportunity to demonstrate your approach, creativity and problem-solving as well as written and technical skills.
Round 1
The first round of interviews will usually include meeting with other team members or cross-functional partners that work closely with this role. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about the team dynamics and how different functions work together to drive success. These are typically held over Zoom video conference meetings.
Round 2
In the second round of Zoom interviews, you’ll typically meet with senior leadership or other key internal stakeholders. Interviewers will dive deeper into how your experience and skills align with the role and our company’s goals. This is your chance to discuss strategic priorities, long term career growth, and how you can contribute to our broader vision.
