Finance
Our Finance team keeps the numbers crisp and the strategy sharper. From forecasting to reporting, they help us make smart, scalable decisions that keep our business — and our partners — thriving.
GRC & Legal
Legal keeps the fine print friendly. This agile team protects the business, enables growth, and ensures we serve our partners and people with integrity, clarity, and confidence.
Marketing
Storytellers, strategists, and brand-builders, our Marketing team brings SevenRooms to life. They connect our purpose with the people who matter, through creativity that’s as dynamic as the industry we serve.

Our Sales team knows hospitality runs on relationships and results. They’re trusted partners to operators, focused on uncovering challenges, delivering real solutions, and proving the value of SevenRooms every step of the way.

The strategy behind the service. This team drives clarity, alignment, and execution across the business, helping us scale smartly, move quickly, and stay focused on what matters most.
Interview Process
Initial Phone Interview with SevenRooms Recruiter
20-30 minutes. Your SevenRooms Recruiter will use this time as an opportunity to learn more about your background and career motivations, tell you about the company and role, and discuss compensation expectations.
Hiring Manager Interview
30-45 minutes. Video or Phone. During this conversation, our Hiring Manager will dig into deeper specifics of your experience and skill set to determine whether your skill set is a match for our current needs. For some positions, this interview may be followed by a technical or written assessment.
Team Interviews
30-45 minutes each. Individual video interviews with 3-4 members of our hiring team. Interviews can be back to back or spread out across different days & times (you choose!). The interviews will be a combination of skills-based and behavioral interviews.
Final Interview
30-60 minutes, each. Individual video interview with executive stakeholder or hiring manager. For some roles, the final round includes an exercise, pitch or presentation.
Decision & Offer
Hiring teams will debrief to discuss interview feedback and make an informed hiring decision. Before an offer is made, we will check professional references. When completed, your SevenRooms Recruiter will extend an offer, and share specifics on compensation & benefits.
