DoorDash, Inc.

United States, Fremont, CA

About the Role

You will be a key driver of merchant growth and success for DoorDash's autonomous delivery partners. This is a hybrid role spanning merchant sales, onboarding, and ongoing success. You'll be on the frontlines helping new merchants join the platform while ensuring existing ones thrive. You'll work closely with account managers, merchants, and internal product teams to shape the merchant experience.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Pitch and onboard new merchants to drive autonomous delivery growth and adoption, through direct outreach and in coordination with account managers and sales teams
  • Own end-to-end merchant onboarding and training, ensuring a smooth launch experience
  • Conduct regular success check-ins and follow-ups with merchants to collect feedback and learnings that inform product development
  • Maintain and manage merchant enablement in internal databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Support new pilot launches with enterprise partners, providing onsite assistance and closely tracking store performance to identify and resolve issues

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2+ years of function-specific experience in sales, account management, merchant success, or operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills with experience managing relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to travel to merchants to train staff and perform on-site audits to assess product performance and gather feedback
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a bias toward execution

About DoorDash

At DoorDash, our mission to empower local economies shapes how our team members move quickly, learn, and reiterate in order to make impactful decisions that display empathy for our range of users—from Dashers to merchant partners to consumers. We are a technology and logistics company that started by enabling door-to-door delivery, and we are looking for team members who can help us go from a company that is known as the place you order food to a company that people turn to for any and all goods.

DoorDash is growing rapidly and changing constantly, which gives our team members the opportunity to share their unique perspectives, solve new challenges, and own their careers. We're committed to supporting employees’ happiness, healthiness, and overall well-being by providing comprehensive benefits and perks including premium healthcare, wellness expense reimbursement, paid parental leave and more.
