University Careers FAQs
Who can apply to the internship program?
We welcome students currently enrolled in undergraduate programs in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. All roles in this internship program are open to candidates currently enrolled in higher education institutions in Brazil.
What are the work model and availability requirements?
Candidates should be available to intern for 6 hours per day and work in a hybrid model, typically coming into the office once per week (depending on team needs) in the Paulista region. Our internships are based in São Paulo, Brazil.
How long is the software engineering internship program?
Our program is 12 months long with the cohort starting in August. Please note we do not have off-cycle software engineering internship programs.
What does the interview process look like for Early Career Software Engineer roles?
If you move forward from resume review, you’ll be invited to a virtual interview consisting of 2 coding rounds along with an Engineering Values chat. Your recruiter will provide more details along with prep guides once you reach this stage.
Is English proficiency required for the internship?
English proficiency is required, as you’ll be working in a global environment and collaborating with teams across different regions.
What happens after my internship?
Although our internship program is conversion-focused, we cannot guarantee full-time offers to all interns. Full-time offers will be given based on performance during the intern program.
