We are hiring an Associate to support strategy development, and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives across supply, quality, pay and efficiency of our Dasher fleet - with a goal to better outcomes for Dashers, Merchants, Consumers, and to drive increased marketplace growth and profitability.

This role will report to the Head of Dasher & Logistics, ANZ, while working closely with the Head of Strategy & Operations, New Zealand. We expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote.

While there is no typical day for our Strategy and Operations roles, you will work on a variety of tasks such as: gathering and analyzing consumer data, translating your insights into a high-level vision and operational plan, and delivering the plan both by “do-ing” and leading cross-functional teams.

  • 1-3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, banking, analytics or related experience. 
  • Proven analytical skills and can deliver actionable recommendations - excel skills are required and competency in SQL and dashboards is preferred. 
  • You operate at the lowest level of detail - you are a problem solver and a “do-er”, and you inspire your team through insight and action.
  • Strong business acumen - you are able to identify the “so what” from data, interdependencies between teams, and translate them into an operational strategy 
  • You’re a generalist – you seek exposure to different types of problems and want to try your hand at different sides of the business.
  • You are a self-starter – you bias towards action and excel in a fast-paced environment and evolving business.
